Gautham Madhira – Managing Partner
Gautham Madhira is a managing partner at Ottawa Hills Capital and has over ten years of progressive leadership experience that includes P&L management, managing teams across multiple geographies, running and growing businesses, and implementing market entrance strategies within the healthcare and life sciences space. Gautham was the owner, founder, capital raiser, and senior operations executive at two (profit/non-profit) successful start-ups: Universal Health Aid and Madhira Development. Gautham has implemented has successfully his skillsets at major healthcare and life science institutions including ThermoFisher Scientific, McLaren Health System, and Smithfield Surgical Partners. Gautham Madhira has an MBA in entrepreneurship and marketing from the S.C. Johnson School of Management at Cornell University, a MS in Management Science focused on Strategy and Marketing from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, and a BA (Honors) in History and Political Science from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
Sashank Musti – Managing Partner
Sashank Musti is the managing partner of Ottawa Hills Capital and has over 15 years of Technology, AI Product Development, Go-to-Market Strategy, and Digital Marketing experience. He has held Executive and Senior Director roles across Fortune 100 companies showcasing the art-of-the-possible in AI Product Management, Healthcare Technology and served as the Global Head of Analytics & AI Solutions at Mayo Clinic and Bio-Pharma giant Merck & Co. He also has a background in Management Consulting and was in a regional head role, and also successfully ran several entrepreneurial ventures – growing the number of users from 0 through to 14K at Edtera – an Edtech Venture to personalize learning for high school students and ran TIA XR’s AI division. Sashank has experience in driving digital transformation through technology and AI products. Sashank holds an MBA in Finance & Operations from Carnegie Mellon University – Tepper School of Business, a MS in Operations Research from the University of Texas at Austin, and a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. Sashank’s work in the AI space was published in WIRED and Science Direct.
